The Villa.
Villa Kamelya is spacious villa with private pool and uninterrupted views across the olive groves to Kalkan Bay.
A few minutes’ walk and you will be in the charming village of Kalkan with its narrow cobbled streets, fascinating shops and rooftop restaurants. No hills to climb when you are ready to return to the villa in a quiet residential area.
The open plan ground floor of the villa is spacious, incorporating areas for lounging, dining and cooking. There is also a cloakroom with shower, toilet and washbasin and a supply of beach towels for your use.
All the villa is kept cool by new air-conditioning units and marble floors. Patio doors open up the rooms to the garden, pool and balconies.
Private Pool
Enjoy your own private L-shaped pool with Roman steps at one end for easy access for non-swimmers and children and a full depth section for swimming. Sun loungers and parasols are arranged around the pool and garden area for you to relax in the sunshine after your swim.
Roof Terrace

At the end of the day visit the spacious roof terrace to enjoy the amazing views across Kalkan and the bay. Watch the sun go down over the hill and relax under a galaxy of stars.

A lush and secluded courtyard garden with a barbecue and table and chairs for al-fresco dining under the shade of the palm tree. Help yourself to the fruits of the garden; pomegranates, lemons, limes and oranges depending on the season and then enjoy an early evening drink on the swing seat or comfortable chairs.
Kitchen
The sleek modern kitchen offers everything expected, modernised in 2015 it is fully equipped and of course has a dishwasher, washing machine and water cooler. If you choose to cook, the open kitchen allows you to continue to socialise with your fellow guests in the villa or outside by the pool.
Dining Room
For those wishing to dine in, enjoy a meal around the large glass dining table. There is ample crockery and glassware for entertaining at home or why not have your dinner party delivered from one of the local restaurants?

Chill out on one of the comfortable sofas, tune in to British TV channels, catch up on the “soaps” if your wish or put on a DVD. Fast wifi allows you to stay connected or alternatively switch off and pick up a book from our selection.
